Please share the wall sizes and brief, captivating descriptions of the spaces, along with your creative directions for the artwork. If you can also provide photos or architectural renderings of the spaces before our first phone call, that would be perfect. Rest assured, we're eagerly awaiting your contact and thrilled to bring your visions to life!
2. Pricing
​To get cost estimates, simply contact us for a free consultation about your mural projects. We will have in-depth discussions (as mentioned earlier) either over the phone or during onsite visits to understand your needs. 3. Signed Contract Agreement and Design Deposit
When we present our work proposals, we also include contracts for your convenience. If you're ready to move forward with the design phase of your projects, simply send us the signed contracts along with the corresponding design deposits. The design deposits can vary based on the size of each project, but on average, they amount to approximately PHP 20,000 per project. As soon as we receive the signed contracts and design deposits, we will promptly commence working on the wall designs and schedule the projects accordingly. Rest assured, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and transforming your vision into reality!
4. Design Process and Sketch
We start the design process by exploring the desired "feel" or "mood" of the pieces. Through collaborative brainstorming and sharing visual ideas, we find inspiration for the artwork. Based on our initial design conversation, we create at least two unique designs. These sketches can be captivating watercolors on paper, digital renderings or collages, or pen and ink drawings, depending on the project's subject and style. We then have a follow-up conversation to incorporate your valuable feedback into the designs. If needed, we're open to creating revised designs. The finalized design acts as a roadmap, providing direction rather than an exact representation of the finished artwork. Clear design signposts and direction are crucial for successful project execution based on our extensive experience. To create exceptional art, we embrace intuition and creativity when we're physically present onsite. Being immersed in the space where the artwork will be displayed and interacting with the people who use that space provide abundant inspiration. We may adjust colors, scale, and composition to harmonize with the environment. During these moments, when we're actively engaged and working onsite, extraordinary ideas come to life. These ideas make the artwork truly site-specific, integrated, and synchronized with the surroundings. 5. Mural Deposit
A deposit, typically 50% of my total fee, is due two weeks prior to the first day of onsite painting. This allows for ordering of supplies and confirms the scheduling dates. At this time, we will review the mural design concept again and see if either of us have had any new thoughts or ideas on the mural design. We will confirm the start date and time, and confirm any preparation of the space as necessary.
6. Painting
As a team, we dedicate 8-10 hours each day to painting, starting around 9 am. For outdoor projects, we adjust our start time based on the wall's sun exposure, ranging from as early as 6 am to as late as noon. You're welcome to witness the process firsthand. We maintain regular communication throughout the project to ensure smooth progress and meet expectations. Our clients often marvel at the rapid progress we achieve. Our focus is unwavering, aiming for perfection and working until both parties are fully satisfied. Eventually, we recognize the point where our initial vision is effectively expressed. At this crucial moment, we understand that further embellishment could disrupt the piece's natural flow and energy. We inform you when we're close to completion, and together we review the work to ensure every detail resonates perfectly. If any final adjustments are needed within the original scope, we meticulously make them. And just like that, the mural gracefully reaches its magnificent completion.
7. Final Payment
A final payment in full upon the completion of the mural. This final payment signifies the culmination of our collaborative journey and acknowledges the outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into creating your unique masterpiece. Your Satisfaction is our top priority
